These terms are a placeholder for the SPT frontend milestone and will be finalized before launch.

1. Use of the platform

By accessing SPT you agree to use the marketplace lawfully and to provide accurate information in listings, orders and communications.

2. Vendors and listings

Vendors are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, pricing and fulfilment. Verified status reflects document review and does not guarantee any transaction.

3. Orders and payments

Orders may include items from multiple vendors, each fulfilled independently. Payment, delivery and returns are governed by the applicable order and vendor policies.

4. Prohibited activity

Fraud, misrepresentation, and circumventing on-platform communication or safety measures are prohibited and may result in suspension.

5. Changes

We may update these terms; continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
