• Inspect the item, its documents and condition before you pay.
• Be cautious of prices that look far below market, or requests to pay off-platform.

For vendors

• Complete verification, including your national ID card, so buyers trust your store.
• Describe products accurately, with clear photos and honest condition and specifications.
• Respond to quotations and messages promptly and keep agreements on the platform.
